Tenants renting in Loughborough are likely to be in an area where their landlord needs a licence to rent to you. If your landlord doesn't hold a licence then you could be due a significant amount of rent to be paid back to you.
We can claim this on your behalf but first let us check if your landlord needs a licence and actually has one. The check is totally free but we need a few details from you and full confidentiality is guaranteed.
We work on a no win, no fee basis but you will be required to pay £110 to make a formal claim (direct to the Tribunal) and if a hearing is required then a further £220 (direct to the Tribunal). You may get some of these costs awarded back to you.
1. Free Check
Simply fill out our form with your brief details and we will check if you have a potential claim. We will then discuss the potential claim amount and if you wish to proceed. The form is directly below.
2. Make a Claim
We make a claim on your behalf, when you have agreed for us to do so. This will involve information gathering from you to form a robust case. We will require you to sign a fee agreement with us, before a claim is made.
3. Get Rent Repaid
We wait for the Midlands Tribunal to decide if you should be paid back and what is payable. If successful, an order for payment is awarded to you, payable by your landlord. This is when we get paid by you.
